Exceptional
After interviewing 4 contractors for some renovations in my home, I hired B.Ann Builders. From the very first conversation, they struck me as the most professional and reliable. Tony and Jennifer listened to what I wanted, took detailed measurements and drawings on the first visit (before I paid a dime or signed a contract), and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure about decisions. The estimate was outstanding -- very detailed and professionally presented with measurements and drawings included. They began the work as scheduled, and their craftsmen always arrived on time. Everyone was friendly, polite, cleaned up after himself, and did an excellent job. First I had the master bathroom completely gutted and a tile shower enclosure built. Once the bathroom was finished, they completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen. Now that everything is finished, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and with my choice of contractors. B.Ann is everything I wanted in a contractor: courteous, respectful, punctual, honest, nice, trustworthy, and absolutely no up selling pressure. They really went above and beyond for me, bending over backward to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work and got the result I wanted. My bathroom and kitchen turned out beautifully! I can't stress enough how happy I am with my new bathroom and kitchen. I WILL use B.Ann Builders for all of my future renovations.

Super Job
We had an extensive job which included drywall, insulation, painting and repair. Jennifer's estimate was very thorough detailing all elements of work to be performed. Jennifer, Tony and crew were a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent, professional job. Especially nice was the daily clean up. They care for you property. I will use them again.

568 sq ft addition... FANTASTIC JOB!!!
Tony and his crew are fantastic. Always went the extra mile and answered all our questions. Work is second to none. Additionally, they worked around my odd work schedule. They worked weekends and later into the evenings to allow me to sleep due to my working midnights. We are planning another addition to the garage this winter and they are the crew for me. Our neighbors liked the work Tony and his crew did and are now planning an addition to their house within the next couple months. Tony and his crew may be on our street working for a while.

Bathroom Remodel
Tony and his crew were very professional in every aspect of our bathroom remodel. The quality of the job was outstanding. Any questions/concerns that came up during the job were immediately attended to. Many of our friends and family say our bathroom looks like a million bucks! Outstanding Work
We have nothing but GOOD things to say about B. Ann Builders. Tony and his crew did a great job on remodeling our bathrooms. So good that he's doing our kitchen next!! Tony listens to what you want and makes suggestions accordingly and he was always on time for appointments. He and his crew got here early and worked diligently to get the bathrooms done on schedule. They protected the carpets and work areas and cleaned everything up every day after their work day was done. And most importantly, they did a beautiful job!!!!! Great work and service
My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of Tony's work and the service he and his crew provided. Remodeled our rental property
Once again, Tony and his crew came through - IN SPADES! Tony always does so much more than you ask him to, and when he's not personally on the job doing the work himself (which he usually is), he's keeping close tabs on his crew making sure the work's getting done (no matter when I called, no matter what question I had, he knew where the job was, and what and when it was being done or when it was scheduled to be done). As this was a rental, staying within budget was a huge consideration for us, and not only did he STAY within our pretty tight budget, Tony's suggestions for the things we should do that would help rent the unit for the most possible money where dead on - as evidenced by the rent we've been told we'll be able to get by our rental agency! (The job's only just been completed a few days ago.) I've used Tony Brice before, I recommend him to EVERYONE and will ONLY use Tony Brice for ANY work I need done. This guy's the real deal. Tony - you rock!

Can't ask for better
We've had Tony at B. Ann remodel two bathrooms and a Master Bedroom and the quality of their work couldn't be better. The crew was polite and fun to work with. We'll definitely have Tony and his crew back the next time we need remodeling.

My experiences
I have had B. Ann Builders do three projects in my home. We remodeled the Kitchen, Master Bedroom & Bath and the Basement. The basement was a total demo and rebuild including plumbing and electrical. All three came out perfectly and within budget.

Bathroom remodel
I contacted Tony and his crew from Kudzu.Com. From the first visit Tony was readily available and kept us up to date on the project. Our project entailed demo of the existing leaky shower and replacement, new counter tops, fixtures, floors, art deco backs plash, this all creating a roman spa feeling. The crew was neat, cleaned up daily, courteous, and very skilled at their particular trade. I have already recommended Tony and his crew, and my recommendation was as pleased as we were

Beautiful
Tony was contacted on recommendation by my sister-in-law to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The job included demolition and debris and trash removal, replacing countertops & vanities and light fixtures, faucets & shower head and enclosure, mirrors, sinks, towel racks, tiling a shower, and constructing cabinets & shelving. Tony and his crews were very professional and diligent workers. I am extremely satisfied with the time it took to complete the jobs and their craftsmanship. I appreciated Tony's input and everyone's thorough preparation of the work site and daily cleanup. I have plans to have Tony return to remodel a third bathroom.
